Director of CRNTI branding. Steering member of higher education Committee in China Ministry of Education and used to be Distinguished professor from Wuhan University of Technology. Awarded once for the title of National advanced worker by State Council of the PRC; twice for the Colleges and Universities national advanced worker by Ministry of Education of PRC; three times for the second prize of National teaching achievement. Presided over 12 Provincial and ministerial-level projects, published over 20 academic papers and authored 4 books. Before joining CRNTI, actively engaged in the university administration for over 30 years as Minister of the Department of Education and Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology; Director of the Student Employment Guidance Center (SEGC) & first Dean of the Entrepreneurship College. Now working as Secretary-General of Hubei University Employment and Entrepreneurship Research Association (HUEERA); the head of the National Quality Engineering Project (NQE); Hubei Province’s first Provincial-level innovation and entrepreneurship teaching team, which provides relevant courses used by the National school of Administration for MBA training purposes. The team and the unit have won 16 Collective honors from both the state and ministries, including the National Education System Advanced Group honor.
